We want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all SodaStream sparkling water makers and accessories purchased directly from our site. Please note that CO2 cylinders are subject to specific safety regulations and can only be exchanged through our authorized gas refill program.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your SodaStream machine in its original packaging, including all power adapters and carbonating bottles that came with the initial purchase.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
